J'ai vraiment apprécié cette sauce piquante. J'aime à quel point il est gros et sa couleur... il a l'air si frais et naturel. J'aime le fait qu'aucune note ne se démarque.
Chaque ingrédient se mélange parfaitement aux autres – une harmonie parfaite de sel, de piquant et de chaleur. Plus d'âme que ces marques populaires comme Frank's et Tabasco. Je le noterais plutôt chaud, entre moyen mais moins que très chaud.

J'ai été tellement impressionné par votre sauce au piment fort. J'ai fait du poulet jerk qui était déjà très épicé, mais votre sauce piquante a ajouté une profondeur de saveur supplémentaire qui était si bonne. J'avais les larmes aux yeux tout le temps mais ça valait vraiment le coup !

About our Hot Sauce
How hot is it?
We would give it a 7/10 for heat, but our motto is "flavour first, heat second."
Why do you only have one sauce?
Our Peppa Sauce is our family recipe. It was a staple in our family, as familiar to us as Heinz ketchup might be to you on your family table. We started this company with the goal of sharing our family recipe with the world.
What's in it?
We start with local Ontario-grown scotch bonnet and habanero peppers (when in season), and round out the heat with red bell peppers, garlic, celery, cilantro, a herb called culantro / shadow beni / bhandhanya, fresh squeezed lemon and lime juice, vinegar, and a touch of salt.
Why don't you add any water to the sauce?
No compromises! Water wasn't in our family recipe. Although that might lower our costs, it would also lower the quality of our sauce. We're going to stay true to the recipe, and bring you authentic Trini scotch bonnet hot sauce!
